Self Storage in Knoxville, TN
Knoxville, TN has experienced dynamic growth over the past 30 years and that growth has lead to an increased demand for climate control self storage facilities to service the market. What was once a quaint college town has now become home to a number of large companies. The University of Tennessee still plays the same vital role in Knoxville’s economy as it always has, but now industry juggernauts like Regal Entertainment Group, Scripps Network Interactive, Team Health and Pilot Flying J employ tens of thousands which has helped fuel Knoxville’s westward expansion.
Self Storage Demand in Knoxville, TN
While many areas have felt the impact of Knoxville's expansion, none have felt it more than the Hardin Valley area and the Middlebrook Pike corridor. The building boom in Hardin Valley has been so pronounced that it created the demand for two new schools. Hardin Valley Academy, founded in 2008, has quickly become one of the best high schools in the entire state, and the brand-new Hardin Valley Middle School is under construction. Thousands have flocked to the area with many more on the way. And there's no area in all of Knoxville that has more rooftops per than the neighborhoods along Middlebrook Pike. That means there has never been a greater demand for self-storage in the Knoxville area than there is now. And Climate Storage is well suited to accommodate those demands at one of our two convenient Knoxville locations. 10630 Hardin Valley Rd (at Hardin Valley Rd and Pellissippi Pkwy) and 8627 Middlebrook Pk (at the intersection of Middlebrook Pk and Joe Hinton Rd).

“Convenient location. Easy to setup and manage account online. Staff was helpful and provided information needed..”
“Moving can be stressful, but Climate Storage made my move simple and hassle-free. With their top facilities I feel like my belongings are safe, I didn't break the bank trying to afford a unit and was able to get the perfect size to fit everything as they offer a wide variety of unit sizes. I had never heard of a 5' x 15' unit! Not to mention, when my move-in date changed they were able to accommodate me with their Sunday hours!! They also offer FREE use of their dollies, flat beds and they even have a move-in truck for move-in day! (The truck requires a $100 cash deposit, but after you move-in the deposit is returned to you!) Where else can you find such hospitable service, resourceful accommodations and secure facility?! Lastly, my review wouldn't be complete without a shout out to Michelle!! I'm all too grateful for her generosity!! She was great to work with and really gave me a great impression of Climate Storage. I will definitely refer to others and already am a walking commercial. :).”
“Update: Much to my surprise, I got a surprise call/text from Hardin Valleys Climate Storage. They completely remedied the issue, and I am very appreciative of that. Their employee, Vicky, has been especially helpful during this time. Climate Storage has some of the best customer service you can ask for, and I appreciate their willingness to right their wrongs. The initial experience was great, and we didnt have any issues throughout having it for nearly two years (maybe more than 2 years?), but unfortunately our exit was not as pleasant. I like to pay for months in advance to make sure that Im always paid for, so I dont have to worry. This is apparently the wrong thing to do. They will not refund any of your money. Despite the fact that youre not using it anymore, youve completely paid for your usage, and youve been a good customer, they will keep all the money that you paid forward. It would be so easy to just refund the money or pull it out of a cash register, but for whatever reason, they refuse. The person that I spoke to at the front desk (Nicky?) was kind and tried to talk to her managers about getting me the money, but they refused. Why would you guys do that? Why is it so hard for you to give me back the money for the month that I will not at all be in the storage unit? Climate storage will be able to make double the money for that month, and that is truly criminal..”
